Guillermo Del Toro has dropped out of directing "The Hobbit: Part 1 & 2", but he still plans to stay on and screenwrite the films. Del Toro dropped out because of the continuing delays on the production of the films. Now rumors are circling that "Lord Of The Rings Trilogy" director, Peter Jackson is set to take over as the director of the new films.
