Usher, Robin Thicke, Tevin Campbell Cover “Secret Garden”

“Secret Garden” is a very known classic collaboration between James Ingram, Al B. Sure, El DeBarge, and Barry White. A remake of the song will appear on Quincy Jones’ “Q: Soul Bossa Nostra”. Usher, Robin Thicke, and Tevin Campbell cover the song this time. Many would say that just like “We Are The World”, the song should have never been retouched. This may be true, but it’s nice to hear this kind of music again, actual singing and lyrics. Listen to both versions below and decide what you prefer. The new version was produced by Jermaine Dupri.

Robin Thicke and Busta Rhymes Collaboration

Busta Rhymes has been working on his long awaited new album “The Chemo”, due to be released this summer. Busta is extremely secretive and doesn’t like any information to leak, but Robin Thicke let the cat out of the bag and announced that he will be included on Busta’s new album. The two collaborated on one track and here’s what Thicke had to say about Busta and working with him:

“I did a record with Busta for his new album. We went in the studio and Busta and I worked together. Busta’s always been one of my favourites and he’s also one of the funniest guys you’ll ever meet. He’s the coolest.”

He added: “Busta is very top secret - NASA, CIA, doesn’t tell anybody anything, doesn’t play anybody anything, so I probably shouldn’t have even have said that. He’s probably sending somebody here right now to beat me up.”

It really is an exciting time for Robin, lots of great collabs, hanging out with Beyonce and Jay-Z, and a new successful album!

Robin Thicke and Estelle Take us on a Rollacoasta!

Robin Thicke has just released the video for his second international single from his “Sex Therapy” album, titled “Rollacoasta”. Estelle is featured in this video, in which Robin throws a very stylish house party.

Here’s what Robin had to say about his collaboration with Estelle: “I was on tour with Estelle while I was opening up for John Legend years ago,” he said. “And Estelle and I are very good friends and that was easy, she’s amazing.”

Estelle is set to release her third album titled “All Of Me” later this year, and she is featured on David Guetta’s “One Love” album.

Robin recently turned 33 while celebrating in style with Jay-Z and Beyonce. Happy birthday Robin!
