Tell The World I'm Coming Home

After 9 months abroad in Israel, I have finally landed back on English soil and somehow made my way up to Oxford again, to be greeted by 9 months worth of Vogue subscription, a welcome home cake and all the amazing clothes I had left behind and forgotten I even owned.
I woke up at 6am this morning, my sleeping patterns messed up by the 2 hour jet lag, and got dressed and went into town before anyone else woke up. I decided to use today to get stocked up again on all the essentials I disposed of, in order to get my luggage weight down to 20 kilos. I failed, but that's besides the point.
So, somehow I managed to walk to town with the knee I mashed up cycling the other day, and got to do some shopping and take some pictures of gorgeous people.
I have missed English fashion. It's so distinguishable from other ways of dressing, and Oxford is one of those places which you can absolutely tell somebody comes from. It's that blazer, or that hat, or the way that jumper is knotted nonchalantly around those pin-striped shoulders. I didn't realise how much I missed it until I saw it again!

I bought a floral maxi (staple for summer)
Pink lace-trimmed silky shorts
Feather butterfly earrings

3 rings

 All from topshop
Floral purse from British Heart Foundation

Blue and brown bag from Zara

Something irritating about coming back from living abroad for 9 months is, still, there is a 23 kilo weight limit, meaning we all had to get rid of a load of our clothes. On the upside I managed to acquire some lovely pieces from my friend Tali, for example these sunglasses, and this beaded shrug.

While I was away, my mum ordered me these LOVELY shorts and chinos. They came
with this very kind complementary polish. Not really my thing, but sweet nonetheless.

So happy to be home, but I miss Israel like hell!
